Katy Coach Works was perhaps the most professional auto-related service provider we have ever worked with. In this, I am comparing them with car dealers, car repair and service shops, car transportation providers, etc. We have been fortunate to own BMWs, Audis, a Jaguar, many Volvos and then the LucidAir we loved, which Katy restored to showroom condition. The damage was minor, but in this day of aluminum cars with complex detailing and electronics, it is surprising how much needs to be done even for a minor repair. Our car had a premium multi-layer paint job that turned different colors depending on lighting conditions. Which is to say that it was difficult to get just right. Katy accomplished everything, and at each step double checked with us and kept us up-to-date with the progress. When the job was complete, they even took it to the local Lucid service center for them to inspect and approve the finished product. Jonathan, the person representing Katy, was a super-conscientious thoroughly friendly, can-do sort of person. Owners of Lucids, Teslas, etc. should definitely consider Katy for their body repair requirements.

Great customer service from the beginning. Very kind and helpful in front office. David was assigned to my daughter’s vehicle after a wreck. Very patient and always responsive even when our insurance company wasn’t responding or communicating with me or Katy Coach. David communicated clearly with me and I felt very comfortable and confident with all decisions. He did what was best for the customer and I would highly recommend them. Ultimately the insurance company decided to declare the vehicle a total loss but David’s customer service and attention never changed. He was helpful through the whole process. I hope we never end up with a car there again but would recommend them and use if needed.
Brittany was incredibly helpful when I was involved in a collision and was shaken up. She arranged for a tow truck to come immediately and made me feel safe. Very professional and kind. I highly recommend Katy Coachworks, they are professional and friendly and fast in replying with information on my car.

Fantastic service! They service my 7 year old Cayenne GTS at a fraction of the dealership (quickly) and I could not be happier. They are also nice to provide drop off and pick up.
